Marga Blivier


CEO, Founder and Owner

Managing Director, founder and owner of MSI. With more than 20 years experience in the aviation industry, Marga started MSI Aircraft Maintenance Services Int’l in 1991. Prior to MSI she served at Honeywell Aerospace (formerly Garrett / AlliedSignal), in her last position as Member of the Management Team directing the Commercial Department, including Contracts, Pricing, Legal and Customer Support. Marga holds an MBA from City University of Washington.


Ahmad Qinawi


General Manager

Ahmad is General Manager of the MSI Dubai facility. He joined MSI in December 2009, with 23 years of experience in the aviation industry. Ahmad started his career as a line maintenance engineer with Royal Jordanian and was responsible for the Avionics Department Service Engineering. In 2005 he joined IATA's regional office in the capacity of Manager Safety, Operations and Infrastructure for the Middle East and North Africa. Ahmad holds a BSc degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.


Tim Tartsch


General Manager

Tim is General Manager of MSI. He joined MSI in 2006 as an IT Director. Meanwhile he was responsible to coordinate the worldwide activities of MSI, its branches and subsidiaries, as the Vice President Commercial. Prior to MSI he worked at DAVTA GmbH, providing external support to MSI. Tim started his career in 1995 as developer of warehouse management systems at HOECHST AG.


Dietmar Wiegand

WIEGAND, Dietmar

Technical Director

Dietmar joined MSI, Ruesselsheim in March 2012 as Maintenance Manager for the Engine Repair Shop with more than 33 years work experience in the aviation industry in various positions. He maintained airframes, engines, electrics and avionics of Bell Helicopters for 19 Years. Thereafter he worked 14 years for Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey. Dietmar has an experience with PW100 and PW 150 Series Engines, CF34 Series GE Turbofan Engines and QEC Kits of Fokker 50, Bombardier CRJ and Biz Jet and PW 901A APUs. He holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License from the German Civil Aviation Authorities (LBA / EASA).
